What is going on...

I gained another 4 pounds (could have been that I waited til later in the day to weigh, already had breakfast and lunch)

This last week, I only had lunch one time, a granola bar, drank mostly water and had light breakfasts everdyday. Dinners were a little heavy, but NOT that heavy.

I am up to 282 on the FAT SCALE, going to have to hit it hard this week!

  1. if you are going to eat a heavier meal it should be first thing in the morning. Dinner should be light so that the food isn't just sitting in your stomach all night.
