I'm Baaaaaack

so yeah....I have kind of been too busy to post...I now have 2 jobs and have a bunch of other blogs to update...

I am trying to keep my meals under 400 calories each....breakfast today was over but my dinner tonight is just over 200....So I will make up for it!

I am also increasing my water intake and adding a sugarfree powder to it so that I don't get bored. I am also taking my vitamins....

I'm Back.....with more back! Ugh

Okay it has been a while since I posted frankly because I havent been trying, but I stepped on the scale today and now at my heaviest. 290.4 You can see me in my 'gucamole' video on youtube by going to www.youtube.com/user/teejaytoday75

So....
my plan is to now keep track of everything that I eat for the next few days and use some of my own recipes for diet foods from my other website http://www.thefoodiewithin.com/. I plan on nreally cutting my sugar intake and am switching most of my sugar with the natural Truvia sweetener. And trying to exercise a little everyday and I will start taking a multi-vitamin

1 piece of Dry Toast
1 TBSP Crunchy Peanut Butter
I cup of Coffee with 1 Truvia

Lunch
Tuna Salad
Zuccini Chips

What is going on...

I gained another 4 pounds (could have been that I waited til later in the day to weigh, already had breakfast and lunch)

This last week, I only had lunch one time, a granola bar, drank mostly water and had light breakfasts everdyday. Dinners were a little heavy, but NOT that heavy.

I am up to 282 on the FAT SCALE, going to have to hit it hard this week!

Another bad week

Well, not really, I was trying to eat more....yeah that sounds bad... I was only have granola for breakfast then a pudding snack for lunch most of the time last week, so I wanted to do better. This upcoming week I plan on making my lunch the night before and having a more satisfying breakfast (cereal with fruit) and let's check back in a week to see how it affects me!

Bad Week

I was bad this last week, I ate at gas stations and a lot of fast food this last week. It is time for me to refocus on my goals!

A starting point...

I actually started my diet, I umm... mean lifestyle change December of 2010.
It has been many months now and I havent really stuck to it but I have lost 20 pounds so far. so, I wanted to let everyone know where I am starting because I need to hit this hard again, and need people to keep my feet to the fire.
